("Hearst"), pursuant to the Commission‘s grant dated November 18, 2014, in File No. SES—MOD—20141002—00785, was completed and operation ofthe facility commenced as of August 10, 2015. Pursuant to Condition 2938 of the license, Hearst has authorized the undersigned to represent that Hearst‘s operation of the earth station will be in conformance with the licensed parameters, the earth station will remain operational during the license period unless the license is submitted for cancellation, and the antenna has been tested and represented by the manufacturer to be within 2 dB of the pattern specified in Rule Section 25.209.
