Exhibit A RESPONSE TO FCC FORM 312, QUESTION 43, DESCRIPTION Intelsat License LLC is requesting modification of its existing license, call sign KA275, for the sole purpose of correcting the latitude and longitude data incorrectly entered in its current license. Specifically, the correct latitude and longitude is 39° 35ʹ 55ʺ and 77° 45ʹ 35". All other parameters of the current license remain unchanged.
