SES-MOD-20140717-00604 and SES-AMD-20140725-00620; DG Consents Sub, Inc. Modification Application File No. SAT-MOD-20141202-00124 Dear Ms. Dortch: DG Consents Sub, Inc. (“DG Consents”) hereby advises the Commission that the IKONOS space station, licensed to DG Consents under Call Sign S2144, has ceased operations and that its service life has ended. In light of this development, DG Consents has withdrawn its pending modification application requesting a three-year extension of the IKONOS license. See File No. SAT-MOD-20141202-00124; Public Notice, Report No. SAT-01072, DA No. 15-358 (rel. March 20, 2015). By this letter and pursuant to Section 1.65 of the FCC’s Rules, 47 C.F.R. § 1.65, DG Consents also updates its pending modification application seeking, among other things, to add the IKONOS space station as a Point of Communication authorized under the Rock Springs, Wyoming earth station license issued to DG Consents under Call Sign E120040. See File No. SES-MOD-20140717-00604, as amended by File No. SES-AMD-20140725-00620. DG Consents hereby updates that pending modification application to withdraw IKONOS as a requested Point of Communication.
