AMC is operating the facility as authorized by the license granted by the FCC on September 2, 2014. The facility has been tested and is within 2 dB of the pattern specified in Section 25.209 of the FCC’s rules. The station has commenced operations and will remain operational during the entire license period unless the license is submitted for cancellation. Please address any questions to the undersigned.
