Pursuant to 47C.FR Section
25.131, Filing requirements for receive-only earth stations, says shall be
submitted on FCC Form 321, Main Form and Schedule B accompanied by any required
exhibits and the [same] information as described in Section 25.130(a)(1)
through 25.130(a)(5). Furthermore, Section 25.117 specified applications
for modification shall be submitted on FCC Form 321, Main Form and Schedule
B. Section 25.130(a)(1) says [A detailed description of the service to be
provided�], though no power level is asked for the receive
carriers, the information about the emission carrier is the detailed
description of the service. The modification application listed the
detailed service that contains some format of the operating parameters that are
not in compliance with 47 C.F.R. Section 2.202 (b)(2) and 47 C.F.R
Section 2.201(d)(6) of the Commission�s rules. Since
the bandwidth and emission designator of the carrier being received
are not in the format pursuant to the Commission�s rules, you need to
specify them in the correct format pursuant to 47 C.F.R. Section 2.202
(b)(2) and 47 C.F.R Section 2.201(d)(6) .
You need to correct these issues
in a separate e-mail to our staff, Ms. Towanda Bryant specifying the
corrections.

Our staff is reviewing the application for the public notice acceptance. We note several flags during our review of the application that we need clarification from you.
Specifically,
1) Item E47 of the Schedule B, the bandwidth part 1M580 of emission carrier 1M580G7W contains one too many digits therefore has trigger a flag in our review. You need to express the bandwidth pursuant to the format as specified in 47 C.F.R. Section 2.202 (b)(2).
2) Item E50 of the Schedule B, for emission carrier 290KG7W, specified the modulation of the carrier as analog video; however, pursuant to 47 C.F.R Section 2.201(d)(6), the symbol for analog information is expressed as 8 not 7 as you have listed in the emission G7W for that carrier.
3) E 54/55 of the Schedule B, lists satellite arc from 45W to 143W; E59, lists the antenna elevation western limit at 28.2 meters, and E58, lists antenna azimuth angle western limit of 245.8 deg ; however, our calculations show that at the proposed location of the earth station where the earth station North Latitude at 33 degs, earth station West Longitude at 84 degs, and satellite West Longitude at 143 W, the antenna elevation angle western limit should be 17.4 degs, and antenna azimuth angle western limit should be 251.87 degs.
4) The application states that this modification application is to correct coordinates; however, we see there is no change antenna coordinates.
We will put this application on hold until further clarification from you.
