November 6, 2013 System Analysis Branch Satellite Division International Bureau Federal Communications Commission 445 12th Street SW Washington, DC 20554 Re: Modification of call sign E080193, SES-LIC-20080828-01115 Pursuant to §25.117 of the Rules and Regulations (“Regulations”) of the Federal Communications Commission, Global Data Systems, Inc. (GDS), by way of the underlying application, respectfully requests Commission authority to modify the parameters of the above-captioned fixed earth station. The changes sought in this application involve site “HUB” as follows:  Antenna ID H1 (7.3m Vertex Ku-band) will be moved to a new location nearby the original location. Furthermore, the number of emission designators has been reduced.  Antenna ID 7.6m is a new ASC 7.6m Ku-band antenna at the new location.  Antenna ID 9.4m is a new ASC 9.4m Ku-band antenna at the new location.
