Modification of Call Sign E970361 to re-add 3625 - 3700 MHz receive and 5850 – 5925 MHz transmit spectrum that was erroneously deleted from the particulars of operation for one of the applicant's 9.3 meter antennas from a previous license modification (8th Mod SES-MOD-20121116-01022). The applicant’s AOT-7 earth station was deleted with that modification along with the 3625 – 3700 MHz and 5850 – 5925 MHz spectrum. The antenna that should have been deleted with that 8th Mod was AOT-9. This current modification request seeks to add that 3625 – 3700 MHz and 5850 – 5925 MHz spectrum to the remaining AOT-9 earth station on Call Sign E970361. The extended C-band receive spectrum of 3625 – 3700 MHz for Call Sign E970361 was last identified on the (7th Mod SES-RWL-20070913-01278). In addition Call Sign E970361 appeared on FCC 05-56 list of Grandfathered earth station sites along side another Hauppauge, New York extended C-band earth station licensed under Call Sign E950436. The applicant’s earth station site licensed under E970361 is within 2.2 kilometers of the companion Grandfathered earth station licensed under E950436. The extended C-band spectrum of 3625 - 3700 MHz has been under continuous protection by Comsearch since initial license grant. Please see attached letter of Protection.
