                                        Exhibit A

In this modification, Intelsat License LLC seeks to relocate its earth station, call sign
KA264, from Clarksburg, Maryland to its Mountainside, Maryland teleport. In addition
to the relocation, the following changes were made:

 Input power was increased from 900W to 2000W (see attached RADHAZ
           report).

 Use of extended C-band was removed, as described in detail below.

 The eastern and western bounds of the satellite arc have been amended to 6
           W.L. - 149 W.L. for transmit and receive.

 Five new emission were added to the uplink and downlink (i.e., 660KF2D,
           1M0KF2D, NON, 56K0G7W, and 72M0G7W).

 Site ID was changed from “1” to “MTN”

 The antenna name was changed from “C-CCA-2” to “MTN-C63”

The attached Schedule B provides only the additions and the corrected bounds of the
satellite arc. The existing conventional C-band emissions in the current license not
addressed in the attached Schedule B remain unchanged. However the Antenna ID and
Associated Antenna for all emissions should now be “MTN-C63”.

The following extended C-band frequencies and emissions should be removed under
“B) Particulars of Operations”:

        11) 5850-6171 MHz, 100KG7W

        12) 5850-6171 MHz, 72M0G7W

        13) 5850-5925 MHz, 600KF2D

        18) 3625-4200 MHz, 100KG7W

        19) 3625-4200 MHz, 72M0G7W

        20) 3625-3700 MHz, 600KF2D

The data found in “C) Frequency Coordination” of the current license should be replaced
with the data found in the “Frequency Coordination” section of the attached Schedule B.
