Walgreen  Company  is  the  Commission  licensee  for  Call  Sign  E880547.     2. The  International  Bureau,  pursuant  to  delegated  authority,  granted  the  license   modification  on  December  10,  2012  under  File  No.  SES-­‐MOD-­‐20121210-­‐01082     3. The  facilities  referenced  in  the  application  have  been  constructed  and  the  antenna   facility  has  been  tested  and  is  within  2  dB  of  the  pattern  specified  in  §25.209  of  the   Commission’s  rules.     4.
