This is a minor modification notification, pursuant to 47 C.F.R. 25.118(a)(2), to add a new 3.8 meter antenna identical to an existing hub antenna. The new antenna is located within 10 seconds of the pre−existing antenna. The new antenna is ground mounted and is exempt from FAA and FCC antenna obstruction and registration requirements. This antenna is located within the secured and fenced Stratos Inmarsat Teleport facilities in Scott (Lafayette) Louisiana. This antenna has identical Sec. 25.209 and RF radiation hazard compliance. 22
