Exhibit B FAA Notification Not Required Per 47 C.F.R. Ch. 1 §17.14(b) and 47 C.F.R. Ch. 1 §25.113(c), FAA notification is not required for this earth station antenna as the proposed antenna structure is mounted on the roof of an existing building and will not increase the height of the building with its’ existing appurtencances. Additionally, this earth station antenna is an existing antenna.
