 Dear Ms. Dortch:

        This letter is to notify the Commission that construction relating to the modification of
 Earth Station E950180, licensed to WYFF Hearst Television Inc. ("Hearst"), pursuant to the
 Commission‘s grant dated November 21, 2012, in File No. SES—MOD—20120910—00807, has
 been completed, and operation of the modified facility commenced on November 28, 2012.

         Pursuant to Condition 2938 of the license, Hearst has authorized the undersigned to
 represent that Hearst‘s operation of the earth station will be in conformance with the licensed
 parameters, the earth station will remain operational during the license period unless the license
 is submitted for cancellation, and the antenna has been tested and certified by the manufacturer
 to be within 2 dB of the pattern specified in Rule Section 25.209.
