Dear Mr. Swift:

 

The application is under review for acceptability.   However, our study indicates that there are discrepancies in the  listed East/West Elevation angle and East/West Azimuth angle for both the transmit frequencies and receive frequencies with respect to the coordinates at the relocated site.  

 

 Using your proposed earth station north latitude  40 degrees and earth station west longitude 96 degrees and the satellite west longitude of 128 degrees, we get the azimuth angle for the transmit frequencies to be 223.00 degrees. However, you listed the azimuth angle to be 221.3 degrees.    Please correct the East/West azimuth angle.    We note that you listed the Sat Arc for receive frequencies West longitude to be 128.1 W whereas the Sat Arc for transmit frequencies West longitude to be 128.0 W.  You need to correct that also.

 

Our processing staff will continue to process the application once we receive the corrected information.
