Discovery Productions Group, Inc. seeks to modify an existing earth station, E100042 located in Sterling, VA, which provides digital voice and video service. This station includes five C−Band antennas to be used for communications with US licensed satellites. Currently, the license for the E100042 reflects authorization for four C−Band antennas at 10
