GUSA Licensee LLC Response to FCC Form 312, Question 42a Page 1 of 1 INFORMATION ON USE OF NON-U.S. LICENSED SATELLITES GUSA Licensee LLC’s fixed earth station in Clifton, Texas transmits signals to and receives signals from Globalstar, Inc.’s second-generation Big LEO satellites, which are licensed by France, a member of the World Trade Organization (“WTO”). Globalstar’s French-licensed satellites will be used for services covered under the WTO Basic Telecommunications Agreement. Accordingly, no showing relating to effective competitive opportunities is required with the instant notice of minor modification.
