FCC Form 312 WPXI, Inc. Earth Station Call Sign E3009 March 2012 ATTACHMENT A Explanation Regarding Request for Modification of License WPXI, Inc. (“WPXI”), licensee of receive-only earth station, call sign E3009, submits this application to modify its current registration for this facility (FCC File No. SES- RWL-20110329-00327) to update the physical Site Address for this facility and to request deletion of Antenna ID#2 from the current registration. Site Address Change – Same Coordinates The previous address was 1949 Hickory Lane-Office, Johnstown, PA (Cambria County). The new address is 49 Old Hickory Lane, Johnstown, PA (Cambria County). There has been no physical change in the location, and as a result the coordinates of the site are unchanged.. Instead, the address has been updated to conform with the county’s current 911 plan. Deletion of Antenna ID # 2 WPXI notes that Antenna, ID #2, the Antenna For Communications (AFC) Model Number PR23, has been removed from service. Accordingly, this antenna should be deleted from the current registration. WPXI does not believe frequency coordination is required as part of this modification request because there have been no technical changes in the operation of the remaining antenna.
