Licensee commenced operation of these facilities within 12 months of the grant date. Licensee certifies that the antenna facilities associated with these stations have been tested and are within 2 dB of the pattern specified in Section 25.209 and that the stations are operational and will remain operational during the license period unless the license is submitted for cancellation.
