(“ISAT US”) is on file with the Commission, and ISAT US incorporates that information by reference. See IBFS File No. ISP-PDR-20100107-0006. Notably, on July 29, 2010 the Commission found that it would serve the public interest to allow up to 100 percent indirect non-U.S. ownership of ISAT US, in a manner consistent with that ownership structure. Id. Nothing in the instant application affects that finding.
