December 24, 2011 System Analysis Branch Satellite Division International Bureau Federal Communications Commission 445 12th Street SW Washington, DC 20554 Re: Modification of License, E960499, SES-RWL-20070320-00375 Pursuant to §25.1171 of the Rules and Regulations (“Regulations”) of the Federal Communications Commission, Harris CapRock Communications, Inc., by way of the underlying application, respectfully requests modification of an existing earth station license. The modification consists of adding a new Andrew C-band 3.7m antenna as well as new emission designators. A frequency coordination study was conducted and the results of the study indicate that no unacceptable interference will result with existing, proposed or prior coordinated radio facilities.
