I recently received in the mail a copy of the FCC license grant (dated May 4, 2012), which modified BGAN earth station license E050249 of Inmarsat Solutions (US) Inc. to add the HNS 9502 and 9202 METs. In reviewing the license, I noted that it includes a typographical error. Although our application indicates that the diameter of the HNS 9202 is 0.2 meters (see item E32 under the link below for “PDF Version of this application”), the license lists the diameter of the HNS 9202 as 0.02 meters (see “View License” and page 4 of 8 of the license). Can the staff correct this typographical error or should I file a petition for reconsideration? Thank you.
