Application File No. SES-MOD-20111007-01193 Satellite Earth Station Call Sign E100053 Grant Date: 11/16/2011 NOTIFICATION OF COMPLETED CONSTRUCTION Dear Sir or Madam: Pursuant to the procedures described in 47 CFR § 25.133, Licensee hereby certifies that the remote antennas subject to the above-captioned license modification have been completed and placed in operation, pursuant to modified permanent authority for operation granted on November 16, 2011. Licensee commenced operation of these facilities within one year of the grant date. Licensee certifies that these remote antennas have been tested and are within 2 dB of the pattern specified in Section 25.209 and that the stations are operational and will remain operational during the license period unless the license is submitted for cancellation.
