In completing the application, Arqiva provided full and accurate information with respect to the coordinates at which the proposed antenna would be located. However, Arqiva inadvertently specified its administrative address as opposed to the site location of the proposed antenna in response to Items E3-E9 of the application. Pursuant to guidance provided by Paul Blais, Chief of the System Analysis Branch of the International Bureau, Arqiva is writing to clarify that the address of its new antenna will be the same as that for the facility already licensed under Call Sign E000623: 12950 Culver Blvd, Marina Del Rey, Los Angeles, CA 90066.
