Exhibit A Answer to Question 43 of Form 312 Intelsat License LLC (“Intelsat”) requests modification of its license, call sign E110095, to change the coordinates of the earth station and extend the coordination arc to include a range from 18.0 W.L to 135.0 W.L. The information provided in Schedule B reflects the modification sought in the instant license application. The exhibits provided with the original application (File No. SES-LIC-20110614-00706) are unchanged and, to the extent necessary, are herein incorporated by reference. All other parameters of the current license remain unchanged.
