application SES-MOD-20110629-00764, E990541:

1. For antenna ID’s 4009ESV and 4006ESV, EIRP density is corrected to read:
400KG7W 27.8
500KG7W 27.8
470KG7W 27.8

2. For antenna ID’s 4009ESV and 4006ESV, EIRP is corrected to read:
470KG7W 50.3

3. For all of the ESV antennas, we accept the proposed range of elevation and azimuth angles as
follows:
East Elevation Angle 42.3
East Azimuth Angle 155.9
West Elevation Angle 21.8
West Azimuth Angle 242.6
