The applicant filed a Schedule S for this satellite in a previous application which was approved by the Commission. The file number under which the Schedule S information was previously provided was SES- AMD-20050617-00772. The Commission subsequently granted a modification application for another license utilizing this information in SES-MOD-20070523-00710. Additionally, the Commission has also granted two other licenses,E990402 and E020003, at the same location utilizing the 13750-14000 MHz band and Hispasat 1C. {00270018‐1 }
