This is to confirm that each earth station (hubs and remotes) in this CSAT system will only transmit/receive on a single 20 MHz pair at any point in time consistent with Section 25.115 (c) (2) (i) (C) of the Commission‘s rules and the CSAT Report and Order, 13, FCC 01—174, (rel.
