March 23, 2011 Department Chief System Analysis Branch Satellite Division International Bureau Federal Communications Commission 445 12th Street SW Washington, DC 20554 Re: Modification of CSAT Network – E040163 Pursuant to §25.117 of the Rules and Regulations (“Regulations”) of the Federal Communications Commission, Enterprise Products, LLC., by way of the underlying application, respectfully requests Commission authority to modify its CSAT license, call sign E040163 file No. SES-MOD-20070108-00027 to add a new 20MHz frequency range, add new earth stations, and add a new point of communication. Point of communication: AMC-3 at 87W Transmit Frequency Range: 6147-6167 MHz Receive Frequency Range: 3922-3942 MHz According to Sections 25.203 and 25.251 of the Regulations, a frequency coordination study was conducted and the results of the study indicate that no unacceptable interference will result with existing, proposed or prior coordinated radio facilities.
