Local TV Virginia License, LLC seeks to modify the license (E880108) of their domestic, Ku−band transportable, transmit−only earth station. WTKR is replacing the truck upon which the earth station is mounted. They are also replacing the earth station and adding emissions to the license as well as lowering the total transmit power of the earth 10
