                                      FAA NOTIFICATION

     Although the antenna height above ground level will be greater than 6.1 meters (20 feet),
FAA notification is not required pursuant to the shielding provisions of Section 17.14(a) of the
Commission’s rules, 47 C.F.R. § 17.14(a).

        Specifically, the total height above ground level ("AGL") for the 6.3 meter dish earth
station proposed herein is 8.0 meters. As reflected in the accompanying photographs of the
existing site, the 6.3 meter dish sits directly behind a 13 meter earth station dish and directly
dadjacent to an existing office building with an overall height AGL of 8.2 meters. The 13
meter dish was licensed with the Commission effective March 1, 2000 under FCC Call Sign
E990543. Accordingly, FAA notification is not required per Section 17.14(a).
