(“Broadpoint”) submits the following adjustments to the above-captioned application: 1. Questions 30-33, Alien Applicant, Foreign Corporation, Alien Officer, and Foreign Control, should be changed to ‘N’. 2. Clarification: Broadpoint specified the use of non-US satellites in questions 22 and 42a. In question 42b, Broadpoint specified that planned non-US satellites will be in the Permitted List. Furthermore, Exhibit C was submitted to this effect. 3. Question E57, East elevation angle, should be changed to 42.0. 4. Question E59, West elevation angle, should be changed to 36.2. 5.
