Exhibit A Answer to Question 43 of Form 312 PanAmSat Licensee Corp. (“PanAmSat”) requests modification of its license, call sign E950307, to add a new polarization and new emission designators for communications in the 3700-4200 MHz and 5925-6425 MHz bands. The relevant modification sought is shown in Exhibit B of this application. A corresponding coordination statement is provided as Exhibit C. All other parameters of the current license remain unchanged. The present application does not entail any material change to the existing “transmit and receive” parameters of the earth station licensed under call sign E950307. Only a new polarization and new emission designators are being added. As such, PanAmSat does not include a Schedule B. To the extent necessary, the Schedule B information previously provided is incorporated by reference, as amended by the information for the new polarization and emission designators shown in Exhibit B of this application.
