On August 16, 2010, the FCC granted special temporary authority ("STA") (See FCC file no. SES—STA— 20100813—01032) to operate the Station with a modified antenna. On September 7, 2010 the FCC granted Meredith‘s application for permanent authority (See FCC file no. SES—MOD— 20100723—00946) to operate with the antenna authorized in the STA.
