("Hearst"), pursuant to the Commission‘s original grant dated February 24, 2010, in File No. SES—LIC—20100115—00073, was completed and operation of the facility commenced as of May 14, 2010. The facility was modified by the grant dated July 26, 2010, in File No. SES—MOD—20100719—00926, which merely added remote control points. Pursuant to Condition 2938 of the license, Hearst has authorized the undersigned to represent that Hearst‘s operation of the earth station will be in conformance with the licensed parameters, the earth station will remain operational during the license period unless the license
