Exhibit C Answer to Question 43 of Form 312 PanAmSat Licensee Corp. (“PanAmSat”) requests modification of its Castle Rock, CO earth station license, E030232, pursuant to section 25.118(a) of the FCC’s rules to: 1) increase the total power at the antenna flange and 2) add new emission designators and corresponding services. The coordination report corresponding only to these new emission designators is provided as Exhibit A of the present application. The radiation hazard analysis corresponding to the increased total power is provided as Exhibit B of the present application. All other parameters of the current license remain unchanged.
