43. Description. (Summarize the nature of the application and the services to be provided). The purpose of this application is to replace the Vertex 1188 with a Vertex 1189. This application also increases the Maximum EIRP and adds new emission designators. This application contains a complete list of all required emissions, and all previous emissions are included in the application.
