Dortch, Secretary Federal Communications Commission Washington, DC 20554 To: International Bureau, Satellite Division Re: Request for Technical Correction to More Specifically Identify the Point of Communications Authority Set Forth at Section D) 4) of WB36 License File No. SES-MOD-20100517-00615 Dear Ms. Dortch: Vizada, Inc. hereby respectfully requests a technical correction of the Southbury, Connecticut earth stations WB36 license to more specifically identify the Point of Communication authority set forth at Section D) 4). This section currently specifies Point of Communications authority for “SOUTHBURY to INMARSAT Ltd.-3 satellite(s) @ 54 W.L. in AOR-W (United Kingdom-licensed) (Non-U.S.-licensed)” However, the official name for the Inmarsat satellite @ 54 W.L is Inmarsat-3 F4 satellite. It is therefore requested that the current specification set forth at Section D) 4) be replaced with the following, “SOUTHBURY to INMARSAT-3 F4 satellite(s) @ 54 W.L. in AOR-W (United Kingdom- licensed) (Non-U.S.-licensed).” Please direct any questions with respect to this matter d to the undersigned at 301-838-7807.
