("Hearst"), pursuant to the Commission‘s grant dated November 10, 2010, in File Nos. SES—MOD—20100514—00598 and SES—AMD—20100922—01197, has been completed, and operation of the modified facility has commenced. Pursuant to Condition 2938 of the license, Hearst has authorized the undersigned to represent that Hearst‘s operation of the earth station will be in conformance with the licensed parameters, the earth station will remain operational during the license period unless the license
