This application seeks to modify the license held by Amtech Systems LLC to increase the number of mobile earth terminals from 70,000 to 100,000. Other than this change, Amtech Systems LLC will operate its mobile earth terminals in a manner consistent with the technical parameters described in the current authorization. Attachment 10
