C.F.R. §17.14 (a) and (b), FAA notification is not necessary because (1) all Hispanic Information and Telecommunications Network, Inc. (“HITN”) C-band Small Aperture Terminal (“CSAT”) remote antennas will be shielded by the existing permanent and substantial superstructure on the platform or vessel upon which they are operated, and (2) no remote antenna structure will exceed 6.1 meters in height.
