Inmarsat Hawaii Inc. FCC Form 312 Supplement to Exhibit E Response to Question 43 Inmarsat can confirm that the IsatPhone Pro will have a shut-off time of less than three seconds and, in fact, of less than one second. This should meet any shut-off standard that has been applied to date. The IsatPhone Pro modification application incorporated by reference the detailed showing addressing compliance with Section 25.136(d) that Inmarsat made in its initial blanket license application. See Exhibit E, Section E of IBFS File No. SES-LIC-20090217- 00184 (attached). As we explained in the modification application (at Exhibit E, Section D), "[t]hat showing remains equally applicable to the IsatPhone" and "operations of the IsatPhone will comply with [Section 25.136(d)] requirements in the same manner.
