Exhibit A FCC Form 312, Respbnse to Question 43: Description Intelsat LLC ("Intelsat"), pursuant to Section 25.118(a) of the rules of the Federal Communication Commission, hereby notifies the Commission that its Hagerstown, MD earth station license, call sign EO30101, will use linear polarization for all the emissions currently contained in the current license, in addition to the circular polarization currently — noted in the license. Thus, the polarization codes in the license should include H,V,L, and R. All other parameters of the current license remain unchanged. Intelsat‘s application does not entail any material change to the existing "transmit and receive" parameters of earth station EO30101, but only provides notice of new polarization information. As such, Intelsat does not include a Schedule B covering parameters already in the license. To the extent necessary, the Schedule B information previously provided is incorporated by reference, with the polarization information ~ amended as stated above. —
