February 15, 2010 System Analysis Branch Satellite Division International Bureau Federal Communications Commission 445 12th Street SW Washington, DC 20554 Re: E060157 License Modification Pursuant to Section 25.117 of the Commission’s Rules, CapRock Communications, Inc. respectfully requests the modification of callsign E060157, file SES-MFS-20090811- 00988. The application requests for the following changes: Antenna ESV9797 Addition of emission designators Increase of maximum total power at antenna flange Increase of aggregate output EIRP for all carriers A new radiation hazard study has been performed for the antenna (see Exhibit A). The EIRP density, for the proposed emission designators, has been increased to 25.94dBW/4KHz. Measured at the feed, the EIRP density is -21.06dBW/4KHz. Seatel certifies that the Seatel 9797 model complies with 47 CFR 25.222(a) (1-4) when the input power to the antenna is -14dBW/4KHz (See Exhibit B).
