ATTACHMENT C Statement That No FAA Notification Is Required Under Sections 25.113(c) and 17.7(b) No Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) notification is required for this facility, which is located more than ten kilometers from the nearest point of any runway at the Bob Hope, Burbank-Pasadena-Glendale Airport, which is the closest airport to the site. See 47 C.F.R. §17.7(b) (notification to FAA required for facilities that are less than 60.96 meters in height only when they are located within 6.1 kilometers of specified types of airport runways). Moreover, the area immediately surrounding the site is in a dense urban area, where the maximum height above ground of any antenna, including its supporting structure, is less than 8 meters, and surrounding structures, including buildings and power lines, on all four sides if these facilities exceed 8 meters in every direction.
