Question 28. Please change the answer to the environmental impact to NO. 2. I did not answer questions 30 through 34 because the instructions say “ Earth stations applicants not proposing to broadcast, common carrier, aeronautical en route or aeronautical fixed radios station services are not required to respond to Items 30-34”.
