  For the 12 meter, Max EIRP per carrier would be 82.9 dBW with an EIRP density of 43.36 dBw per
carrier.

  For the 9 meter, Max EIRP per carrier would be 80.0 dBW with an EIRP density of 40.46 dBW per
carrier.

 Per your email to Sue Crandall dated 11/23/2009, please find below the requested information
concerning PanAmSat's pending modification application for earth station, E7465.

 "In section E of this license, we have the following info:
 for the 12 meter antennas (ATL C03 and ATL C04) the Max total input power @ flange is 795 watts per
pol. The max aggregate output EIRP for all carriers is 88 dBW.

 For the 9.1 meter (ATL C07) the Max total input power @ flange is 516 watts per pol. The max
aggregate output EIRP for all carriers is 84 dBW.


 For section B the max EIRP per carrier is 83 dBW”.
