DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC requests authority to add the DIRECTV 9S satellite at the 101 WL orbital location, the DIRECTV 11 satellite at the 99 WL orbital location, and the DIRECTV 12 satellite, scheduled for launch later this year to the 103 WL orbital location, as Points of Communication.
