The Applicant seeks to add AMC−1 at 103.0 degrees W.L. as a Point of Communication. The earth station will be operated in compliance with Part 25 of the FCC rules, and in particular in compliance with off−axis EIRP density limits stated in Section 25.208(d) allowing the antenna to be in compliance with the FCC 2 degree spacing policy.
