RRsat America − Global Communications Network, Inc. seeks to modify the 4.8 meter earth station on license E990216. This modification will add domestic Ku−band receive frequencies from 11.7 to 12.2 GHz. The modification will also add transmit operations to the Telstar 11N spacecraft on frequencies 13.75 to 14.0 GHz. 10

The applicant certifies that grant of this application would not cause the applicant to be in violation of the spectrum aggregation limit in 47 CFR Part 20.
