Dear Ms. Dortch:

Intelsat License LLC (“Intelsat”), pursuant to paragraph 12 of the
Commission’s March 7, 2011 Order and Authorization in the above-
referenced proceedings,1 hereby notifies the Commission that, as of
August 31, 2011, Intelsat transitioned the last of its customers utilizing
the 3650-3700 MHz frequency band on antennas located at Intelsat’s
Clarksburg, Maryland teleport to the antennas listed above located at
the company’s Hagerstown, Maryland teleport.2 Intelsat acknowledges
the cessation of the primary status previously enjoyed in the 3650-3700
MHz frequency band by the grandfathered antennas located at the
Clarksburg teleport.3

       One customer’s services are temporarily located on a different
antenna in the Hagerstown teleport, but those services are expected to
be moved shortly to one of the five above listed antennas.

       Those antennas are call signs KA259, KA260, KA261, KA263,
KA264, and KA275. See March 7 Order at n.2. In addition, KA262,
which previously had been a grandfathered antenna located at the
Clarksburg teleport, but which recently has been moved to the
Hagerstown teleport, also no longer enjoys primary status in the 3650-
3700 MHz frequency band. See Satellite Communications Services
