Petition to Reinstate: Mainstream Data is a relatively small communications company which currently supports satellite backbone services for our customer who provides emergency medical communications throughout the U.S.. Mainstream has been in business for over 30 years and until a recent mistake, has always remained fully compliant with all FCC rules and regulations. Our chief engineer who held responsibility over our earth station licensing recently retired. After his departure, it was discovered our license had expired 11 months ago. After consulting with our retired engineer, he humbling admitted that he mistakenly had the license expiring in 2019. Once realized, we immediately notified the FCC and were granted a 90 day Special Temporary Authority, which we are very grateful for.
